Getting Here

The easiest way to get to Vilamoura is if you take the A22 (that's the highway). From the airport follow signs for Portimão, take the A22 (Via do Infante) in the direction of Portimão/Lisboa. Leave the A22 at junction 11 (Boliqueime/Vilamoura) and continue straight ahead following directions for Vilamoura. Follow the signs to the center (Centro), passing three roundabouts and continuing straight ahead. Once you reach a GALP petrol station (also known as "Posto Dois") to your right, follow directions to the Casino, go past the Marina and take the first turn to the right to the AMPALIUS HOTEL. Stop right at the roundabout by the beach and search for the new Crowne Plaza to your left. The condo is next to it. There's a really tight two-ways road by the seashore that will take you there.

Fly to Faro with either Easyjet, BMI, Flybe, Jet2, Thomson, Globspan, Monarch, Airtours, BA, Thomas Cook or Ryanair/Aerlingus if flying from Ireland. Flight is approximately 2.5 to 3hrs.

Reliable and affordable car hire available from http://www.autorent.pt/ar/AfRequest.aspx?id=1036 and can be collected/left at Faro Airport. Cars can also be delivered to the Apartment if required. Taxis are available at the Airport and the cost each way is approximately 35 Euros.
